Breaded pieces can be cooked on a variety of surfaces and with various cooking methods, and are best cooked from frozen. Find which way works the best for you! We don't recommend microwaving.
Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Place pieces on a baking tray, evenly spread out. Cook for 12-14 minutes, carefully turning pieces halfway through to ensure even browning. Pieces are ready when golden brown and crisp.
Air-fry: Place pieces in the air fryer with a little oil. Ary fry for 10 minutes at 400°F, turning pieces halfway through to ensure even browning. Pieces are ready when golden brown and crisp.
Shallow-fry: Heat 2-3 tbsp of grapeseed oil or similar in a saucepan on a medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully lower pieces into the pan—you may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. Spoon some of the oil over the pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn pieces halfway through and cook for another 2 minutes to ensure even browning. Remove when pieces are golden brown and crisp, drain on paper towel.
Deep-fry: Heat up grapeseed oil or similar in a deep fryer to 350°F. Once the oil is hot, carefully lower pieces into the fryer one at a time—you may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the fryer. Fry for 2-3 minutes, turning the pieces once they start floating to the top. Fry for another 2 minutes to ensure even browning. Remove when pieces are golden brown and crisp, drain on paper towel
