Season the daring original pieces in the Cajun seasoning, garlic, garlic salt, and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Set aside for 30 minutes
Finely slice the red onion cabbage and place into a bowl. Coat with apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp hot water, and agave syrup
Preheat a frying pan on high heat, then toss the green beans in with a dash of olive oil. Charred edges will form, keep tossing as they cook for around 10 minutes. Once ready, squeeze the juice of one lime and toss over the heat for 2 minutes to caramelize.
Preheat a second pan on medium heat. Add the marinated pieces and cook for 10-12 minutes. Pieces are ready when the edges are golden brown.**
Lightly roast tacos in a frying pan for 10 seconds on each side. Then it's time to stack! Add green beans, pickled red onions and cabbage, and pile on the Cajun daring pieces!
