Shipping & Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with your Daring.com order for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] or text 855-862-5825 within five business days of the date you received your order. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 10AM-6PM EST.

 

Based on the unique circumstances of your order, we may order a replacement at our expense or provide you a refund of the purchase price for your order, at our discretion. Returns on perishable products are not accepted. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Corrections and Cancellations

Once orders have been processed we cannot accept changes in address, content, or cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order, dependent on current volume. Missed Deliveries

Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Because of the perishable nature of Daring products, customers are encouraged to stay up to date with delivery based on the provided tracking information. Daring is not responsible for the timing or placement of the delivery at the given shipping address.
